La Residenza Isabella Hotel - Milan

All my thoughts, no sugarcoating

This charming hotel features a super friendly host who goes above and beyond. The location is excellent, right near the tram for easy access to major sights. The room I stayed in was well-equipped with essential amenities and was super clean. Perfect for a solo traveler looking for comfort and convenience!

I had double room that also was complete with mini fridge as well as nice breakfast. The staff were attentive and excellent and the location was nice near main tourists attractions...

Magnificent and perfect location, it's set near to the tram station that go to the main train station as well as the city centre.

For us it was ideal.

The staff was friendly and tried to meet our needs.

Unfortunately, the breakfast options were quite disappointing, consisting mainly of prepackaged items that lacked freshness. The check-in process was somewhat confusing, as I had to walk a few minutes to reach my room after obtaining the keys. There were several pieces of equipment that were not functional , which limited our experience at the hotel.

The warm hospitality from Isabella and her family made me feel at home, especially as they provided me with invaluable support during a medical emergency. The room was spacious and clean.

the apartment has good wifi and modern decor, but no room cleaning service.

The Superior Apartment was impressively clean and stylishly furnished, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, and the staff was warm and helpful, providing assistance when needed. While the pantry was stocked with good snacks like fruits and yogurt, the lack of daily cleaning could be an issue for some guests.

The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro just minutes away. The staff were friendly. The apartment I stayed in was well-equipped and very clean, providing all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast options could use a bit more variety, as many items were somewhat dry.

It was a perfect place to stay in Milan. the location of the hotel was particularly good and excellent, in a quiet area. - It was not far from metro and nice restaurants and the historical center of Milan.
